West Bengal Police 2266 Constable Posts Online Form 2022
The application period for constable and lady constable positions with the Kolkata Police will soon come to an end, according to the West Bengal Police Recruitment Board (WBPRB). Before the application deadline expires, interested applicants may submit their applications online at wbpolice.gov.in.
To fill 2266 positions, the Kolkata Constable Recruitment 2022 is being held. It should be noted that 856 of the 1410 open positions are only open to men. Before the publication date of the advertising, candidates must meet the aforementioned requirements.
On May 29, 2022, the registration procedure officially began. The number of available vacancies has increased from the previous 1666 to 2266.

Age Limit:
- In accordance with current government regulations, the higher age restriction is also advantageous to Home Guards working for the Kolkata Police. However, civic volunteers working for the Kolkata Police are not eligible for age relaxation.
- The candidate’s age cannot be less than 18 or greater than 27.
- According to current laws and government directives, the higher age restriction is applied to candidates who fall under the SC, ST, and OBC categories.
Educational Qualifications: Candidates who have completed the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education’s (WBBSE) Madhyamik Examination or a comparable test are eligible for hire.
Language: Leaving besides those who are inhabitants of the hill subdivisions of the Kalimpong and Darjeeling Districts, who are subject to the rules of the West Bengal Official Language Act, 1961 (West Bengal Act XXIV of 1961), aspirants must be able to talk, understand, and write Bengali.
