Educational Qualifications:

1. Station Manager: MBA or postgraduate degree with a marketing concentration from an accredited university or institution is required. Experience: One year of comparable executive experience after graduation.

2. Officer Services (HR & Admin) – Eligibility: MBA or PG degree from an accredited university/institution, or similar experience. Experience: One year of comparable executive experience after graduation.

3. Qualifications & Experience for Assistant Services (F&A): A B.Com. from an accredited university or institution plus three years of post-graduation work experience, or an M.Com. from an accredited university or institution plus one year of post-graduation work.

Age Criteria:

• Officer Services (HR &Admin): The applicant needs to be of 30 years
• Station Manager: The applicant needs to be of 30 years
• Assistant Services (F&A): The applicant needs to be 28 years

Application Fee:

• Gen/OBC: Rs. 885 (plus Rs. 590 for each additional post sought).
• ST/SC/Ex-s/PWD: 531 rupees (plus 354 rupees for each additional post applied).
