Educational Qualifications:
1. Station Manager: MBA or postgraduate degree with a marketing concentration from an accredited university or institution is required. Experience: One year of comparable executive experience after graduation.
2. Officer Services (HR & Admin) – Eligibility: MBA or PG degree from an accredited university/institution, or similar experience. Experience: One year of comparable executive experience after graduation.
3. Qualifications & Experience for Assistant Services (F&A): A B.Com. from an accredited university or institution plus three years of post-graduation work experience, or an M.Com. from an accredited university or institution plus one year of post-graduation work.
Age Criteria:
- Officer Services (HR &Admin): The applicant needs to be of 30 years
- Station Manager: The applicant needs to be of 30 years
- Assistant Services (F&A): The applicant needs to be 28 years
Application Fee:
- Gen/OBC: Rs. 885 (plus Rs. 590 for each additional post sought).
- ST/SC/Ex-s/PWD: 531 rupees (plus 354 rupees for each additional post applied).
Salary:
- Station Manager: Rs. 20,488;
- Assistant Services HR & Admin: The salary will be Rs. 22,516;
- Officer Services: The salary will be Rs. 24,440
